Part of why I wanted to move to DC was so that I could be a tourist at home (and I came from a small town and really wanted to experience life in a big city!)

I discovered a treasure underneath my nose!

I absolutely LOVE creating digital art (especially art with a colorful, fun and often RETRO vibe) and I LOVE fabric!

I will be focusing on FABRIC and HOME GOODS. My art will be soon available on my Spoonflower website shop, and some is already available on my Raspberry Creek Fabrics website shop!

2023 Year of the Rabbit and Good Habits!

I’m back on track and I certainly hit the ground running last week and haven't looked back!

Now I have to keep a sustainable art and business practice schedule along with my goal of getting physically healthy this year. I can do this by implementing better HABITS into my daily and weekly routines like making a schedule and making sure to do something physical everyday

THANK GOODNESS! I got my GROOVE back! I have the next 5-6 months tentatively laid out and I am making patterns again after a short hiatus!

2023 hasn’t started out quite as I had hoped since I haven’t felt well since before Christmas. I haven’t finished my annual planning that I had hoped would be in place by the beginning of the year so I could hit the ground running. I am trying not to let that discourage me… I am trying to give myself GRACE while continuing to get my DUCKS in a ROW!

When we follow our hearts and under the right conditions, we can not only survive, but THRIVE!

So I celebrated a birthday a few days ago and with Christmas creeping closer every day, it got me thinking about gift giving.
