Explore and Soar: Part 2

EXPLORE and SOAR… My MANTRA and way of life. What does it mean to me? I think it is (at the very least) two fold… 

Part two: Finding LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES and being BETTER for it!

To me, Explore and soar also means learning, moving out of your comfort zone and EXPANDING your MIND and your LIFE past anything you ever thought was possible! Improving your mindset to know and TRULY BELIEVE pretty much anything is not only possible but also PROBABLE!

In other areas of this site, I have mentioned my mid-life crisis and wondering how I was going to make it through another day without a purpose. I felt left behind while watching my children set off on their own paths. While I gained many skills as a volunteer and a stay-at-home mom, I realized that my skill set was extremely limited. I NEEDED more! I needed to make a difference, feel seen and heard, and CREATE! I always knew that creating made my heart full and I tried many things but none felt quite right. But back in February the planets aligned for me and I discovered SURFACE PATTERN DESIGN and ADOBE ILLUSTRATOR and soon after I realized I DIDN’T HAVE A SINGLE DOUBT that I had FOUND my PATH, my PURPOSE!

They say that consistency is KEY and that we must continue to SHOW UP to create SUCCESS for ourselves… I find myself thinking about my business, my designs… all of it CONSTANTLY. I wake up and I’m thinking about, well, first COFFEE, then WHAT will I DO TODAY to move FORWARD?!!!  

LEARNING EXPERIENCES are the BEST kind of GIFTS to give ourselves because they are PRICELESS! 

They allow us to EXPLORE and SOAR… Let’s do it TOGETHER!
